Action at a distance.

They’ve just been yakin about Patrick White’s Tree Of Man on the A.B.C’s Book Club. I reckon this is better. The relationship between the two main characters, Voss & Laura, is telepathic. Wonderful collection published with Bicentennial funding in ’88. I was a serious piss-head in those days so ‘Alcohol’ was an obvious fave. In my recollection what are here ‘1’-‘6’ at the end were ‘Autobiograffiti’ at the beginning. http://www.poetrylibrary.edu.au/poets/goldsworthy-peter/alcohol-0159004 http://www.poetrylibrary.edu.au/poems-book/this-goes-with-this-0159000 http://www.poetryarchive.org/poet/peter-goldsworthy
